Sunrise Vinyasa
Every Friday, 7-8AM, Filly Lane Yoga Studio, Warrenton, VA
Start your day with breath, movement, and intention. This class is designed to build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and range of motion. Expect to work up to a 1 breath per movement flow and build some heat in the body. Accessible for all levels, but a foundational base is recommended.
Liberate Breathwork
Friday, March 6th 6:30-8:00 PM, Filly Lane Yoga Studio, Warrenton, VA
90 Minute Active Breathwork Session to discover the power of the mind-body connection and experience deep healing. Using a 3-part active breath technique, you will be guided into a state of altered consciousness to move energy, release emotions, reprogram beliefs, and create a deep sense of connection to self.
Location: 7380 Filly Lane, Warrenton, VA. Parking available in front of shala and behind the main home.
Slow Flow & Stretch
Every Thursday, 5-6PM, Filly Lane Yoga Studio, Warrenton, VA
Half flow - half stretch. Start the class with a juicy slow flow to get the body warm and transition to longer-held positions to allow the muscles into deeper states of relaxation. Class ends with a long, 10 minute savasana. All levels welcome.
