Meet Taylor

Coach, creator, and guide - here to help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your power, and return to your whole, radiant self.

MY STORY

I grew up on a small lavender farm where I first experienced the power of nature and connection. My work led me into public health, were I witnessed how the mind-body disconnection manifests into illness and disease. Returning to my roots, I now guide others to mend their spirit, honor the body, and take action on what is alive in their hearts.

My Philosophy

You’re not here to be fixed - you were never broken. Healing begins in the body where safety and inner truth live. When your nervous system, energy, and intentions move in harmony, transformation becomes natural. My work is to help you remember your wholeness and return to the version of you that feels grounded, empowered, and alive.

MY APPROACH

MY APPROACH

My approach blends ancient wisdom with modern science to bring every layer of your being into alignment. I work with your nervous system, energy, and inner patterns to clear what’s stuck and open what’s ready to grow. Through breath, movement, and integrative coaching we create embodied, lasting transformation.

  • I earned my Master’s of Public Health in 2023 from Virginia Tech, with a concentration in Community Health and Health Education. That same year, I became a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) through NCHEC. My work focused on addressing chronic disease and optimizing wellness through behavioral health interventions. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of populations, including public and private schools, nonprofits, corporate teams, higher education, underserved communities, youth and adolescents, and Indigenous populations.

  • While finishing my Master’s degree, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2023 at In Balance Yoga Studio through Kunga Yoga School, a program rooted in broad Hatha and Vinyasa practices. In 2025, I completed my 300-hour advanced certification with Jonah Kest & Become a Yogi, deepening my understanding of Vinyasa and the 7 Doorways style, and continuing my study under the mentorship of Patti Bounds, E-RYT 500, RYT 500, YACEP. My training blends traditional and modern approaches, allowing me to offer a yoga practice that is accessible, aligned, and dynamic.

  • I completed my Level 1 breathwork training with Brooke and Kat Wyman of SoulFire Collective in Arlington, VA, and my Level 2 training with Ally Maz and George Ramsay at East Fork Farm in Asheville, NC. These trainings allowed me to dive deeply into both the science and energetics of the breath—understanding the brain, body, and nervous system, and how conscious breath can transform physiology, regulate stress, and shift energy. I integrate this knowledge with intuitive, energetic awareness to hold intentional, transformative containers, creating breathwork experiences that support profound transformation for the mind, body, and spirit.

  • I completed my Thai Bodywork training in 2023 with Francisco Morales Bermudez of Synergy Yoga, Lima, Peru—coincidentally the same semester I completed my Master’s and 200-RYT. My training covered Thai Bodywork foundations, applied anatomy, assisted stretching techniques, and breathwork. I also studied the energetic system of the body, including the Thai sen lines, learning how to access and balance energy for healing and restoration. This style of Thai Bodywork comes from the teachings of Kam Thye Chow, founder of the Lotus Palm School.

  • I completed a 10-month in-person Herbal Apprenticeship with Colleen O’Bryant of Wild Roots Apothecary in Sperryville, VA. This immersive program deepened my connection with plants, teaching me how to harness their healing properties to support the whole body. We focused on native plant species, ethical and sustainable harvesting practices, and working in harmony with the environment. Drawing from multiple schools of holistic knowledge—including Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Western Herbalism—I learned to create remedies that help restore the body to balance and wholeness.

PERSONAL SIDE

When I'm not working, I'm probably on a dance floor with my friends, wandering through nature, or indulging in really good food. These simple joys remind me why we heal in the first place—not to endlessly fix ourselves, but to live with more joy, presence, and radiant aliveness.
